Yamaha has released Version 7.20 firmware for the RIVAGE PM digital mixing systems. It adds support for the AuviTran AV-HY64-AVB HY interface card and for further Yamaha devices — DM5, DM5 Compact, the new RUio units and the DME5 and DME3 processors — and fixes four problems found in V7.10.
New features
- Now supports the AV-HY64-AVB HY interface card provided by AuviTran.
- Now supports additional Yamaha devices: DM5, DM5 Compact, RUio0804-D, RUio1608SB-D, RUio16FLX-D, DME5 and DME3.
Fixed bugs in V7.20
- Solved a problem in V7.10 that prevented use of the AES/EBU inputs and outputs on CS-R5 units with an “A” or “B” marking at the end of the model number.
- Solved a problem in V7.10 where no audio was output from the REC OUT configured in the RECORDING PATCH screen.
- Solved a problem in V7.10 that prevented the load impedance setting of Rio-D2 from being changed by the console.
- Solved a problem with CS-R3 units with a “B” marking at the end of the model number, where when performing MixSend Level operations with temporary linking enabled, the difference in fader levels was applied.
